Bear in mind that anal sex can irritate your existing hemorrhoids.
Anal sex by itself can not cause development of new hemorrhoids.

To reduce this added pressure on your hemorrhoids after sexual intercourse you may use next tips:

• sleep in the left-side lying position and not on the back after sexual act. The best way is if you can sleep lying on abdomen. This procedure may help your hemorrhoids to shrink while you are sleeping.
• practice Kegel exercises.
• and last but not least avoid sex when your hemorrhoids are inflamed.
